What if you could live in a neighborhood where you didn’t have to travel to enjoy shopping, recreation, nightlife, and nature? Park View will be that neighborhood. The development of Park View follows the tenants of New Urbanism and Traditional Neighborhood Development, which emphasizes walkability, aesthetics, and community.
Park View is the latest project of the Columbus Redevelopment Authority (CRA). The CRA was formed in 2014 to oversee the urban renewal districts established by the Columbus city council. The area now known as Park View was historically known as Burns Bottom. The area is now home to an award winning soccer and sports complex and park, a farmer’s market, as well as access to the Riverwalk, a beautiful 4.4 mile waking and biking trail.
Why Park View?
The name Park View was selected, because the development will integrate with both Columbus soccer complex and park as well as the adjacent Riverwalk trail and park. Park View will become the core that links these wonderful assets with downtown Columbus.
